Event Details

Each workshop participant will be making five “zines” (two for the chapter/instructors, three for themselves). The zine will be comprised of each participant designing an inside page using wood/metal type and existing cuts from Studio 204’s inventory according to the “Designer Traits” theme. After printing, each book will be collated and bound using the stab binding process. The image page would be french folded down the center, image folded back appearing to be front/back of a page (not a spread). All inside pages will be printed on the Vandercook Power 219 Printing Press and the front/back covers will be printed on the Chandler & Price Craftsman Printing Press.
